ActiveCo-founded BasiraLens, a data analytics company. Lead the AI and data practice — analytics delivery for clients, the bilingual AI website assistant, and the internal platform with RAG knowledge retrieval.

Built an end-to-end attendance and payroll system that ingests biometric data from Excel. Developed logic to compute work hours, overtime, and salaries. Implemented configurable payroll rules, employee-level reporting, and automated report generation.

Built a full-stack platform covering product management, inventory, billing, invoice generation, and sales reports. Developed RESTful APIs with FastAPI and an interactive React dashboard. Implemented JWT authentication and role-based access control.
